: mislim da se ovo o čemu pišete zove dupleks. U Srbiji se upravo stan na dva nivoa naziva dupleksom (dopuštam da je u HR ili DE drugačije). Ali to nije etažiranje (v. objašnjenje u mom odgovoru).

- Etažiranje znači povezivanje suvlasništva nad nekretninom sa samovlasništvom stana, poslovnog prostora ili sl. Pokreću ga suvlasnici.

1. Etažiranje je tehničko - upravno - pravni postupak kojim se uspostavlja etažno vlasništvo.
2. Etažno vlasništvo je vlasništvo nad stanom ili drugom samostalnom prostorijom (poslovnim prostorom, garažom, itd.), povezano s odgovarajućim suvlasničkim dijelom (idealnim dijelom) nekretnine koja se sastoji od zemljišta sa zgradom ili od prava građenja sa zgradom.
