There is unfortunately no context to go off of here other than to say this comes next to the name of an individual overseeing the evidence analysis in a criminal case (money laundering); in other words it is some sort of job title. The odd thing is that this is the same name as on an earlier page in the document, and there it was signed with KOK'in next to it, which is something completely different, as far as I could say. Perhaps something with Zoll?

Another possibility - perhaps the \"l\" is in fact an upper case \"I\" and the abbreviations stands for \"Zollinspektorin\". Still a different job, but the seniority level would be more appropriate. Perhaps she switched jobs half-way through the case! :)

A bit more context would help, Julie, like what sort of doucment, a few words...whatever. Zlin is a largish city in the Moravian part of the Czech Republic but whether this means that the person is from Zlin or this is a job title acronym, without further context your gess is as good as mine.
