Hi folks
This is referred to a contract between an advertising agency and its customer (NoName). "Creatività" presumably means artwork, advertising copy and perhaps just concepts, but I am at a loss to find a suitable umbrella term in GB other than "creativity", which sounds fairly limp imo.
All input much 'preciated
TIA
Derek
"Concedere la liberatoria, senza vincoli temporali e territoriali, a NoName per l’utilizzo della creatività sviluppata, fatta eccezione per l’utilizzo di eventuali immagini a diritti di proprietà di terzi."

creative concepts, artwork and treatments developed by the agency
I will add my two pennies' worth here. This is a standard release of artistic property clause contained in any Agency-Client services agreement.
Creative is the word that corresponds to creatività. Why don't I agree with concepts? because this is a technical step in developing an advertising campaign. I can produce creative concepts ( a worded statement with/without key visiual)and the client can get the actual storyboarded campaign from another source. So I think you need to extend the wording to include the above. How do I know this,; because I worked for 16 years in International advertising agencies. This clause is also know as a full buy-out of artistic property that gets round the time and territory restrictions.

Comment: "Thank you Alison. Your informed answer provided me with exactly the sort of expression I was looking for to cover all angles, and has the added bonus of eeking out a single word into eight, which makes perfect economic sense ;)) Thanks also to Federica, Pamela and CMJ for your helpful input.
Maximum respect
