Italian term
...l'induzione all'altrui inadempimento
Italian to English
Law/Patents
Law (general)
I can't get my head around this tricky turn of phrase. The part I can't get is 'l'induzione all'altrui inadempimento'.
Here's the context, such as it is:
thanks for any help you can give on this

my two cents
HTH. Ciao, Jean-Marie

my two cents
"inadempimento" can be rendered in two ways:
- default, meaning failure to fulfill an obligation [financial]
- non-fulfilment/non performance/non execution, meaning "mancata esecuzione" [mere jurisprudential]
maybe more context would be of help for mothertongues.....
