English to German Law/Patents Law (general) confidentiality agreement
Hello Everyone,

It's late and I'm evidently burned out. I'm working on a confidentiality agreement and am having problems with this last sentence. I just can't get my brain to wrap around the "features", or for that matter the entire sentence. Any ideas? I'm pretty sure that it is a standard legalese phrase...

Thanks in advance,

Mike
