neutral Bourth (X) : The refer to ducts for cables, not actually to cables in the ducts ... it's the sort of thing that will cost client a lot more once building is completed if he thought he was getting ducts AND cables!!!

in-floor duct

I'm assuming your offices are in an office building, not in a corner of a ground-floor industrial plant, for ex., and so rather than being "ground ducts" these are in suspended floors, so "in-floor ducts" (to be differeniated from "underfloor ducts" which COULD be suspended beneath the soffit]. Otherwise simply "floor ducts", maybe.
