@ Phil - évidemment, il s 'agit d'un exemple .
Conor McAuley Jul 22, 2022:
Agree with Emmanuella, "and he/she/it shall not claim", like with the question yesterday.
philgoddard Jul 22, 2022:
Not "he" Unless the lessee is a man.
Emmanuella Jul 22, 2022:
... and he shall not, IMO
Emmanuella Jul 22, 2022:
loyer (indiqué) ci-après
Nicola Labriola (asker) Jul 22, 2022:
Without being able to claim/demand any rent reduction hereafter
or he shall not claim any rent reduction hereafter

"Without being or he shall not" I am not sure about the one that fits better, thank you

without entitlement to claim for any reduction in the rental amount stated hereafter

That's the gist of it. I'll leave the legal terminology to those better qualified than I, should it be required.

without being able to claim / call for any abatement of the rent hereinafter reserved

le preneur s'oblige...the Tenant / Lesseee covenants (UK Solicitor: 'what does covenant mean?'), so no need to insert 'he' or wtihout *his* being able to call for any reduction *in* the rent..'

Abatement - lawspeak; reduction - ' Plain Legal English' also used in my conveyancing day in the College of Law Landlord & Tenant 'Blue Correspondence Course Books' up to 40 years ago.
Example sentence:

No abatement of rent Tenant shall continue to pay all Rent due or accruing under this Lease during any Clean-up, and shall not be entitled to any reduction, offset or deferral of any Base Rent or Additional Rent due or accruing under this Lease ...

Reserved Rents means the rents from time to time payable in accordance with clause 3;
