Hi all,
Translating some surgical notes about a mitral valve repair and keep running into this, I can't find an exact term in my medical dictionary. Any suggestions? Here's an example:
Es zeigt sich eine große Verkalkung/Vegetation (ca. 1,5x1,5 cm) im Bereich der Klappenlichtung, welche die Klappenlichtung fast vollständig ausfüllt und entfernt wird.
