Anche io avevo pensavo titolare. Mentre per agent pensavo si intendesse notaio supplente (ma non ne capivo il senso) e non consulente. Grazie |

Ciao Enrica! Ho il sospetto che si tratti di un typo per "principal". In tutte le occorrenze online di "principle & agent" sembra essere un typo in questo senso e nel Black's Law (che è molto esaustivo) "principle" è presente solo nel significato comune di "a basic rule, law, or doctrine". Anche nel dizionario giuridico de Franchis (anch'esso decisamente esaustivo) l'unica accezione presentata è questa. Non saprei dirti perché il "job title" di un notaio dovrebbe contenere questa dicitura, ma in un rapporto di agenzia il "principal" è il preponente.
