Объясните, кто на ком стоял? Что значит "присоединяются"? Имеются в виду 20 человек, которые изначально объединились и составили группу, подающую групповой иск, или "присоединившиеся" позже? В первом случае class members, а во втором - intervenors. Associated parties просто ни о чем.

Подается групповой иск, в рамках которого к исковому заявлению присоединяются 20 с лишним физ. лиц. Intervenors - это первое, что мне пришло в голову...

"Joined Parties" doesn't sound right, and "parties joining in the action" is too long. Since the term is defined here, Associated Parties is clear and short.

intervenors In US they could be intervenors or really anything. Depends on context, who are they and why are they there?
