We, the undersigned witnesses, each do hereby declare in the presence and hearing of the above-named testator, XXX, that said testator signed and executed this instrument as his last will and testament, in the presence and hearing of each of us, that he signed it willingly, that each of us hereby signs this instrument in the presence and hearing of said testator and that to the best of our knowledge said testator is eighteen (18) years of age or over, of sound mind and under no constraint or undue influence.
