Authentic leaders inspire trust and respect in their teams because they are credible, because they have ***gravitas***. Leaders with ***gravitas*** exert natural authority, they bring depth and a sense of security and are able to engage people around them.

Am besten wäre hier m. E. das in der Definition ("exert natural authority") genannte "natürliche Autorität" - eine DER Führungsqualitäten schlechthin!

Wörtlich bedeutet "Gravitas" Würde, aber ich glaube, ein guter Leader muss vor allem glaubwürdig sein, um Würde auszustrahlen.

Danke, Harald. Bereits von der lateinischen Wurzel 'Gewichtigkeit' her ist die Deutung Ausstrahlung d.h. charisma etwas bedenklich.
