Pero resulta difícil de comprender que los músicos no se quejaran ni los de Audiovisual quisieran cambiarlo. «Seguramente quien vendió la idea quería también tener a mano “un chiringuito” dentro de la entidad», denuncia el expresidente. Por su parte, los cambios en el reglamento interno de la entidad requeridos por la CISAC afectan a los derechos correspondientes a la música emitida en televisión.
Persiguen una mayor equidad y mejor equilibrio en su distribución y reparto, optimizando la trazabilidad entre la recaudación y sus derechos repartidos, que permitiría ahora la nueva separación de bolsas.
Aplicando los principios de transparencia, bien común y eficiencia, el propósito de estas medidas es adaptar el funcionamiento de la entidad a las normas y estándares internacionales de la gestión colectiva.
