Contractor Agreement

Contractor shall not acquire any of the rights, privileges, powers, or advantages of an employee of the Company including, without limitation, worker’s compensation coverage, disability insurance, vacation or sick pay, or any other benefits specifically available to the Company employees.
Contractor shall be responsible for providing, at Contractor’s expense and in Contractor’s name, disability, worker’s compensation coverage, and/or such other insurance as reasonably required by the Company, as well as all licenses and permits usual or necessary for conducting the services hereunder.
