Record of release of (CanE) seized > (AmE/BrE) confiscated property

More context is need as the 'sequestro' in a money-laundering & proceeds of crime context is called confiscation proceedings in the UK and a process-server or bailiff might be writing an 'Affidavit' rather than a record or report.

NB sequestration in Scots law means bankrupty, so better to avoid 'release from sequestration' whereas it might work in England & Wales e.g. for trade union funds sequestered by the government.

Example sentence:

Confiscation and Ancillary Orders pre-POCA: Proceeds of Crime Guidance Proceeds of crime. Proceeds Of Crime Act 2002 Part 7 - Money Laundering Offences Proceeds of crime. Confiscation Proceedings

Court releases confiscated property A court today ordered the release of property that had been confiscated from a convicted drug trafficker by order of the Criminal Court.

property/vehicle release report

Asset forfeiture. There is not much context, here, but you have to decide whether the seizure of property is within a criminal or civil context. This could be as simple as a person's vehicle being impounded and the report refers to its recovery or release by/to the owner. This seems to be the most common use of the term. Another thing is when property or assets have been seized because they are allegedly related to a crime, either in it commission or as proceeds thereof.
