Italian term

p.Prima s.A

Italian to English Social Sciences Certificates, Diplomas, Licenses, CVs marriage certificate
Good morning all

I am translating a marriage certificate (my own in fact!) and I cannot fathom this abbreviation, which appears as follows:

Atto n.... p.Prima s.A

I suppose p.Prima could mean "pagina prima" but I'm at a loss in respect of "s.A" (the "A" has no full stop after it).

Has anyone any idea?

Why oh why must everything be abbrvt'd in official circles?

Thanks in advance
Derek

First Part, Section A

Could be that, according to some non abbreviated "Certificato di matrimonio" on google images.

Just had it confirmed by a friend of mine who works for the registry office of her town.
