King James Version Genesis 3:16 "Unto the woman he said, I will greatly multiply they sorrow and thy conception; in sorrow thou shalt bring forth children; and thy desire shall be to thy husband, and he shall rule over thee."
note: the "shall be" that follows "desire" in this bible version is in italics in the original, which signifies that the phrase did not really appear in the original, but rather was added by the translators to make sense of the sentence. interesting to note how honest those guys really were, compared to how translators (and people in general can be these days)
Note: Joseph Smith's translation of the Bible, the most correct known to date, in my opinion, has this same passage with some minor differences. It's in Moses 4:22 "Unto the woman, I, the Lord God, said: I will greatly multiply thy sorrow and thy conception. In sorrow thou shalt bring forth children, and thy desire shall be to thy husband, and he shall rule over thee."
