If the company is having difficulty in paying and is asking for lower rates and longer times (more time is "rescheduling") then you want restructuring. Otherwise it is just changes, maybe because the company is changing to a different bank or wants to take advantage of more attractive longer term loans under ECB regulations, etc
Literally it would be the "redesign"

You could put "changes to the credit facility arrangements"

rescheduling

This is how I translated it in a text that talked about debt restructuring under the Italian bankruptcy law. There's a Kudoz entry (see link below) that translates it as "restructuring", which I imagine in some contexts probably works, but in the text I worked on, it specifically referred to arrangements to extend loan maturities, as part of a restructuring plan.
