Great help with my previous word, thank you! Now I have another word, but more serious because I am not entirely sure what it is. I am translating a catalogue of issues about quality and transparency in hospital procedures containing listings of subjects and categories relating to procedures, regulations.. On a page relating to disaster management called Katastrohenschutz there is the following line:
Katastophenschutzplan, Alarmierungskette inkl. technischer Unterstutzung für **Reihenalarmierungen**
What is a Reihenalarmierung? Is it a devise, or a system, or a procedure? What would be the right English term? Many thanks in advance for all suggestions..

Aloha,
Reihenalarmierung refers to hierarchial (serial) emergency alerts (i.e., the first team member is contacted first, and only then the second is alerted, etc.). This is different in Gruppenalarmierung (group alert) where a group of people is alerted in parallel.
