fiduciary management mandate
Hi Garrett I would tend to use this. The term is normally used for asset management where you take all your assets (cash or stocks and shares) and you give it to in investment manager to invest it and management, usually with a large amount of discretion. This this is a firm being given the management responsibility (why not just appoint directors?) then you would probably use the same legal instrument. Yes it has to be a trusteeship (fiduciario cannot mean anything else, which is just another term for a fiduciary agreement or mandate).
More to the Itlian would enable me to raise my confidence level or of course change the translation.

Management (Services) Agreement; (IrE/insolvency) Inspectorship
mandante: the client
mandataria: the manager(s)
cf. in a (swiss etc.) banking portfolio and investment context, cf. the 'schema della fiducia germanistica' example sentence below, it is calles a 'discretionary management agreement'.
Unless this is an insolvency scenario, I am unsure trusteeship is right and congruous.

Management agreements are used by providers of management services. These agreements state the specific administrative, management and development services provided, and the compensation for such services.
