Can anyone help me with what the above means in English please? Is it something to do with defining the gait as a patient with a fracture/break improves while in plaster?
Example of a similar context quoted from a doc on Google below:
Om frakturutseende, skelettkvalitet och fixationen är god samt patienten kan ta instruktioner så tillåter jag **markeringsgång**...
Thanks in advance

weight bearing gait
or perhaps "partial weight bearing gait"

Katarina Kvarnhult
: "Markeringsgång" means slightly touching the ground without putting any weight on the leg. In your article this is called "Toe-touch or touch-down gait". In Swedish you can also say "att markera stegen"..

In the reference in my discussion entry it says "vila benets tyngd mot golvet". I understood this to mean more than slightly touching the ground.

: "partial weight bearing gait'"could be a compromise between Katarina's and Noprskpro's understanding. See https://www.litegait.com/content/protocols.
