Der Begriff taucht mehrfach in einem Vertragstext über die Erbringung von Logistikdienstleistungen für ein Luftfahrtunternehmen auf:
"Enabled Purchaser" means one (1) or more of the companies listed in ANNEX I as may be updated from time to time at the sole discretion of XY, or its or their designated proxy and its or their direct or subsequent successors; which conclude a WPA (Work Package Agreement) and/or places an Order under and expressly referring to this Master Supply Agreement.
The Service Provider shall be prepared to enter into separate contractual arrangements with the **Enabled Purchaser** and to apply the same prices, lead time, quality and commercial conditions as set out in this MSA and a related WPA and Order as may be updated and amended for the procurement of the same Services.
The **Enabled Purchasers** will place their own purchase orders, in accordance with and expressly referring to the terms of the separate agreement signed between the Service Provider and the **Enabled Purchaser**.

: bereits so im Glossar, siehe unter "discussion" // aber der Sinn des Glossars ist ja, das Rad nicht jedes Mal neu zu erfinden.

Wenn ich ohne Glossar auch dorthin komme wäre das eigentlich eine Übereinstimmung // weiß ich wo ein Glossar ist wenn der Fragende das Glossar missachtet !!!!
