המונח התאים הוא, כמסתבר מההסבר הנרחב, "רשם". אצלנו יש רשם נפרד לכל דבר, עזבונות משכונות, עמותות וכד', אצלם יש רשם אחד שרושם הכל, לכן השימוש ב"רשם כללי". במחשבה שניה, אולי כדאי לומר "רשם ממלכתי", משהו כמו "שירות הרשם הממלכתי של אוקראינה"
