Italian term

lieve mani creuse mano dx

Italian to English Medical Medical (general) neurological examination
This is from the neurological evaluation of a patient admitted for possible stroke. Part of the report says:

"... non asimmeria rima, lingua psorta [sporta] dritta, nuca libera, *lieve main creuse mano dx* ma bene l apresa, solleva bene aa inf." (The misspellings are in the report ... not mine).

This is an evaluation of the patient's grip? I think "bene l apresa" should be "bene la presa" = good grip. But I don't understand "lieve mani creuse mano dx" (if those are the correct words ... lots of misspellings). How would you translate this?

Thanks again.

The French term is used in English text as well
Note from asker:
Grazie. So "main creuse" is correct, not a misspelling. I would not have known that, since I thought it was all Italian.
I used the French version in my translation and put the English in brackets after it.

c.à.d. la main se creuse progressivement .....
