Hello,
The doc is about coating alumnium parts.
A sub-section is entitled "Painting" and reads thus:
"Le système choisi devra être soumis à l’approbation de CLIENT et devra comprendre une procédure de réparation permettant de reprendre les **points d’accroche** éventuels ainsi que les défauts superficiels ou en profondeur jusqu’au substrat.
Le système proposé devra subir un test au brouillard salin acétique à 5 %, suivant la norme NF EN ISO 9227, avec des durées de 500, 1000 et 1500 heures."
So, unless I'm completely off-beam, "points d'accroche" are defects. However, I don't really know what they are and so cannot begin to think of a translation.
UK English if possible, please.

Another possibility is that this refers to blemishes on the paint that might be produced during machining, assembly, installation... (knocks, marks from clamps, lifting hooks...). In this case, "points d'accrochage" could simply be translated as "damages".
