Proviene de un informe de hospital y aparece en varias partes:
MOTIVO DE CONSULTA:
Paciente de 59 años que acude por rash eritemato-papuloso
HISTORIA ONCOLOGICA:
Neoplasia de pancreas LA (2012)
PD SR y pulmonar por lo cual realizó 1a linea con FOLFIROX con PD en febrero 2013. Luego realizó 2a linea con GEMOX por 5 ciclos hasta diciembre 2013 con PD pulmonar.
EVOLUCION AL ALTA:
Paciente de 59 años, en PD a 3 lineas de tratamiento FOLFIROX, GEMOX y EC PM1183A00612...
Ya miré las otras entradas para PD en KudoZ, pero no me ayudan mucho (punción diagnóstica, perdida de densidad, "disease progression"). Pienso que "SR" significa "sistema respiratorio", pero eso no me ayuda a explicar que significa "PD".

"Progressive disease" has been proposed in previous questions as the meaning of PD in similar Spanish examples:

But there really hasn't been any evidence of this use of PD in Spanish, beyond the fact that it makes sense. Obviously the fact that it's an English initialism doesn't rule out the possibility that it could be used in Spanish; it's quite a common phenomenon, but it would be nice to have some evidence.
