Either you haven't got that far in your text yet, or it is not mentionned. You may need to contact the client to be sure. I think I see what you are getting at with fixed fee and %. However, it is possible for both to be fixed or %, or either/or. It is probably not safe to suppose. In any event, the original at this point does not distinguish the fees on the basis of how they are calculated but on the one-off or management fee.

With regard to a "rétrocession à l'acte" it means that the retrocession is applied job by job, for each individual transaction.
