Noch eine Frage zu der Erbschaftsangelegenheit. Die deutschen Erben der in Amerika Verstorbenen werden hinsichtlich des "Revocable Living Trust" in Kenntnis gesetzt:
The present value of your share is approximately $25,000.00. The precise value distributed shall be determined after all brokerage assets are liquidated and final expenses are paid per the Trust.
Costs for the **distribution** shall be borne by the recipient, with costs or estimated costs deducted from the **distribution** provided. Recipient fully and completely bears the risk of this manner of **distribution**.
Kann man hier einfach von "Erbe" sprechen?

Im BGB heißt das "Nachlass", und "Erbe" ist dort eine Person.
Die 3 Vorkommen in dem zitierten Satz werden sich aber nur schwer alle mit der gleichen Vokabel übersetzen lassen. Ohne Kontext ist es nicht völlig klar, anscheinend ist im ersten und dritten Fall die (Ver-)Teilung als Vorgang gemeint, im zweiten Fall aber der Geldwert des Anteils.
