Estoy consciente que en algunos contextos constancia se traduce como certificate pero me gustaría leer de los expertos en la materia y del que desee colaborar si en este contexto Constancia se traduciría como Certificate o tendría otra acepción.

No sé, pero me parece que Certificate no se adecua al contexto.

Lydianette It is possible that the term searched could be "certification" in as much as the following definition
1. The act of certifying or a stated being certified.
2. A document attesting the truth of a fact or statement.

I agree with Neil that if you use "bank statement" it would be confused with your monthly bank statement. This appears to be a letter where the bank is providing proof or is certifying the above information.

But it appears to be a letter from the bank, rather than a typical monthly statement. So if you use "bank statement" it may easily be confused for an ordinary bank statement, if you get my drift.

NB: In conversation, I'd probably say "a statement/declaration/certificate/letter from the bank" rather than a "bank statement", which I would understand to mean "estado de cuenta".
