My context is actually in Catalan, so I won't post it.
This would be the people pulling something using a towrope. For the moment I have put strongmen.

: Most of the hits for this come from Shropshire, and I don't think its meaning will be immediately clear.

Discussion
Well, I'm going to highlight it and ask for clarification.
This is about a giant mechanical horse Barcelona is taking to Beijing Design Week, and the 'sirgadors' will be the people carrying (or towing) it manually. Maybe what I am looking for is what the people carrying a float in a parade would be called; I am not sure if they are actually towing it.
You could post the Catalan context - we'll probably understand it - or post this as a Catalan question. The plural in Spanish is sirgadores, by the way.
