non riesco a trovare il termine esatto per "assunto difensivo".
L'espressione si trova all'interno dei questa frase:
"Nel merito, infondate sono le argomentazioni difensive volte a richiedere una rivisitazione del quadro indiziario alla luce di nuovi elementi costituiti - secondo l'assunto difensivo - dall'erroneità del riconoscimento fotografico...."
