Training presentation for a project
Hi
I am translating a presentation for a training workshop for a forthcoming project. There is a section which says that
"We all have qualities!
But every quality has
and we should take these into account if we are going to work together.
Can anyone help with the "allergies" bit?
Thanks in advance
Mark

sore point/chagrin
one of the things I absolutely hate-set me off, such as when someone leaves the top cupboard open & I bang my head right into it as it should be closed and I expect it to be closed

Chagrin was given by Thesaurus, but I would prefer sore point; remove chagrin please
