Virginie "finalizzato l'acquisto di 100%" just means they completed all the formalities for the purchase of all the stock. That they purchased 100% means that before they owned 0%. It doesn't mean that they increased there percentage stake (except from 0 to 100%).

"riducendo il prezzo..." I know this may not be relevant for this specific question, but something is puzzling me when I read the whole sentence. If you increase your quote to 100% (from less than 100%, by definition), then in general, the total cost (or price etc.) will also increase - rather than decrease, as is the case here. If this is the case, then MAYBE it should be reflected in the translation of "prezzo", somehow?
Or does the "riducendo" refer to an earlier acquisition cost indication (maybe they had planned to spend, say, Euro 8 million on this deal)? I don't know...
