I think this has been answered may times. It's the chairman and the secretary of the meeting, not all of the attendees. There isn't really an English term for them, you might prefer "chairman and secretary of the meeting". And I believe since it is Assemblée that it's a shareholders' meeting (but more context might prove me wrong).

: I agree wholeheartedly with this if we are talking about an association or club, but if one is talking about something else, a company for example, one needs a different term - the context will dictate.

: Not established that the entity in question (which has apparently sold bonds to the public) is an association. The 'bureau' of a listed company, as required by the Commercial Code, is another animal entirely.
