Approach This is about the terms of an agreement granting shares, rentention award to their employeses, defining the all conditions of vesting. Hope it does make sense.

Overall context? You will probably need to adopt a different approach to 'grant' depending on exactly what the overall context is here?

neutral Tony M : Surely 'octroi' involves the person doing the granting, doesn't it, rather than the person receiving the grant? But doesn't 'octroi' basically mean 'granting'? (i.e. not 'acceptance')?
