Italian term

occasione bloccata

Italian to English Medical Medical: Cardiology Holter ECG
Can anybody help me out with: "Qualche sporadica extrasistole sopraventricolare isolata in un’occasione bloccata; isolate onda p sinusale non condotta per BAVII tipo 1"
In a single occasion?? That doesn't seem to quite hit the mark.

Italian term (edited): in un'occasione bloccata
Selected

in one case, blocked

The problem may be grammatical: extrasistoli bloccate are blocked or non-conducted premature beats, while occasione bloccata does not make sense to me.
Note from asker:
Thank you Anne and Joseph for your input. I think perhaps it is the same instance, it's just not very clearly written!

neutral Joseph Tein : blocked on one occasion? one instance of a blocked premature beat? (hi, Anne).

Hi Joseph - there are several isolated premature beats, and one of these is a blocked PMB; don't you think so? (I actually wonder whether the following phrase about isolate onda p non condotta refers to the same instance)
Something went wrong...
