Front End Engineering Design Services Contract
"Basis of Prices - Unless otherwise expressly provided in this Contract, the Compensation herein includes every conceivable Contractor cost and expense, not expressly and separately specified as a payable line item in this Contract and all of its parts, which cost and expense shall be incurred, directly or indirectly, as a condition, precondition, or as a consequence of the Contractor's performance hereunder. Unless specifically expressed otherwise in the Contract, the Compensation also includes all of the Contractor's risks, unrealised or realised, of whatsoever kind and whatever is required for the Contractor's performance to be in accordance with the requirements of this Contract."
Does this confirm, or otherwise, that Compensation should be understood as "Rémunération"? Reading these lines, I am now tempted by "Indemnisation". Your contributions would be appreciated.
