Patient leidet unter rechtsseitigen, dumpfen Kopfschmerzen mit hellen Spitzen, aufgefallen frühmorgens beim Aufwachen. [Nur ein Medikament bringt Linderung]. **Durch HA gequaddelt** bei V.a. vertebragenen Schmerz. Keine neurologischen oder vegetativen Begleiterscheinungen.

I'm assuming HA stands for Hausarzt. Quaddeln are wheals or welts. But I have no idea what the doctor is doing...

It's apparently the injection of a local anesthetic to relax the muscles. If you Google "gequaddelt" you'll see a number of references.

My reference says it's an injection of saline solution, and mentions acupressure points. I too hope someone can shed more light on this ...
