This is as close as I can get. Socle does NOT mean legs.

In furniture in general a "socle" is a piece which goes around three sides of a cupboard or cabinet and either replaces or covers decoratively, the feet so that the base of the cupboard is off the floor.
In your context I would suggest a cabinet on a frame or raised framework.

: I'd agree with the 'plinth' part, but not the rest, since anything with 'frame' kind of suggests something open and skeletal, which I doubt this would be / Not intuitively, I don't think...
