This means "löschen" - I have used this too in the past for LI commercial register entries. The Ei is an Eintrag, then there is the Löschen. I used "Entry" and "Deletion (abbrevated this to Del.)

Ei/Lö As a guess, Ei and Lö are Eintragung and Löschung
i.e. entry and removal from the register.
