I think you're probably right Chris - I was just looking to see if I could find any similar reference in my other remaining 3 files in case. I think I'll probably go with yours and write a TN just in case.

The abbreviation means hjärta, lungor, kärl.

The first reference will list hjärta, lungor, och kärl divisionen at Skåne University Hospital. This abbreviation is also used for the heart, lung, and vascular departments in Norwegian hospitals as well.
