I'm working on a rather odd and complicated document involving three parties.
Basically I'd like to know if I understand the following sentence:
"Il pagamento della fornitura avverrai a mezzo bonifico bancario previo ricevimento da
parte nostra presso COMPANY NAME. "
Payment for the supplies will be made to us by means of a bank transfer from COMPANY.
Is that right, please?
Many thanks.

: I'm debating subject to receipt or upon receipt. I reckon upon is better here.

: Yes, both okay but you can't say "of" coz you've already said "supply. Upon receipt thereof?

subject to receipt thereof
Payment for the goods wil be made by bank transfer subject to receipt thereof at COMPANY NAME.
Discussion
(2) I understand this to mean the company will be making a payment, not receiving one (for goods to be delivered at XXX, maybe a warehouse or freight agent).
