Hi Everyone. This is from an academic article on structures built in Catalonia at the end of the nineteenth century. The author wants UK English.

La bóveda tabicada se construye superponiendo dos o más capas de rasilla o ladrillo macizo puestos de plano o tabla con respecto al intradós. No requiere cimbra porque le basta con una guía y resulta mucho más delgada y ligera que las *bóvedas convencionales de rosca* o aparejadas.

Does anyone know what this is or has seen the term before? Thank you in advance.
