THIS IS WRONG. I have made a careless mistake and written "to equity ratio" in the answer box. The correct answer (as oresterome has pointed out) is in the explanation: "It is the ratio of equity plus non current liabilities to fixed assets."
Oresterome has used the term non-current assets, which is the IFRS term for the centuries old "fixed assets".

You are right. I gave the right answer in the explanation and then wrote "equity" in the answer instead of "fixed assets" or as you have termed it "non-current assets" in the answer box.
