German term

Cor rrr

German to English Medical Medical: Cardiology
Medical report on a patient who comes to the emergency department with a middle ear infection. "Cor r r r" is part of the examination findings. I know "cor" stands for heart but I have no idea what "r r r" stands for. I have found the same term on the Internet, but no explanation of what it means. Thanks for your help!

I have not really seen the "rrr" in German texts, more the "Cor r und r", as in a previous proz question. But it would fit the context.
