I've found that this stands for "Cámara en lo Criminal y Correccional Federal" in Argentina.

It appears when the author is quoting a legal case against people responsible for violation of human rights in Argentina.

What do you think about this possible version in English: "Criminal Court and Federal Correctional Facility"?

Hola, Lourdes, creo que la respuesta de James que cita María Eugenia es buena porque entiende "Cámara" como "tribunal de apelaciones".
