Aunque no es muy relevante, se trata de un contrato de colaboración para la venta de calzado español en el extranjero.
"XXX se compromete a llevar a cabo las actuaciones previstas en el presente contrato exclusivamente dentro de la Zona Territorial, incurriendo en responsabilidad y en causa de resolución del contrato si opera fuera de la misma. Sin perjuicio de lo anterior, YYY se reserva la facultad de extender la Zona Territorial, comunicándolo en tal sentido a XXX para su conformidad, mediante escrito que acredite su recepción".
