Or simply "patent and license fees" (as suggested by philgoddard). ;-)

agree rkillings : And indeed both are license/license fees. Other patent fees (e.g., for filing) wouldn't be characterised as 'redevances'.

there doesn't seem to be a difference in the meaning in French, however, both can be translated differently in English, IMHO.

Usually the term royalties is used for patents

But you do say "fees" for licensing, so it would be something like "patent royalties and licensing fees received" and "patent royalties and licensing fees paid (out).

You don;t have to put any thing for concession in English, just "patent royalties"
