Is it date de cession or prix de cession?
\Cession in business French usually means sale, although dictionaries for some reason always put 'transfer' first. Cession does mean 'transfer' also, but usually means sale, ie the ownership of something is 'transferred in return for money'.
This is not abouut "transfer pricing". Transfer pricing refers to when an organization prices something it is transferring to another part of the organization for accounting purposes.
This is for selling to an outside party. Transfer prices has 2 meanings in English. One is "prix de cession interne" in French and the other is "prix de transfert".
"Prix de transfert" without the adjective "interne" means "sales price".

Transfer Price
In the above sentence you say 'date de cession' which translated should be 'transfer price'. Otherwise 'transfer date'.

purchase date
""Purchase Date", with respect to any Transaction, the date on which the Purchased Securities are to be sold by Seller to Buyer in relation to that Transaction" (Global Master Repo Agreement).
And the prix de cession is the "Purchase Price". It makes sense: a repo is a purchase/repurchase transaction, and the first step is the purchase. The direction is understood at each step. (The initial seller is performing a repo, and the initial buyer is performing a reverse repo.)

Discussion
I think it's more a question of courtesy. Even if the answers aren't the best matches, if members ask questions or for more information, the least people can do is reply.
If prix de cession then it's transfer price.
