I too have come across "accrobranche" - frequently rendered as "accrobranching" in English all over the place in France. If it is a trade name it has become quite widespread outside of the trademark if it has one. I have never come across "grimpobranche" however.

not brands I've always seen/heard 'acrobranche' being used generically to describe tree climbing circuits in the forest and elswhere, so not a brand name. 'Grimpobranche' I 've never heard of, but seems to be the same thing when you google them both...
